1. How do you ship orders?

For UK deliveries, APC is our current logistics partner, however on occasion, when it is not possible for them to meet our delivery times we will use alternative delivery companies. For some orders we will use RoyalMail. 

We offer standard and next-day shipping to UK addresses. 

Next-day shipping is only eligible for UK mainland addresses. Orders must be made before 12:00p.m. from Monday to Thursday. 

Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50 to any UK address. 

We accept orders from outside the UK and are pleased to offer international shipping.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major international payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. 

All transactions are processed in GBP (£).  

If purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. 

1. I received a product that seems to be damaged, what should I do?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team via the contact form as soon as possible. 

We will guide you through the return process and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy as referenced in our Terms & Conditions.

Absolutely, we carry many brands and are always open to having more through our Partners & Affiliate programme. It is important that your products meet our quality criteria, endurance testing and compliance requirements.

1. Why have I not received my order?

All orders are handled as soon as we receive them. If there is an issue with an order, we will contact you to provide an update. Please check your spam folder in case our email has been marked as spam. If you need further assistance, you can reach out to our Customer Service team via the contact form. 

If you receive the wrong items or your order is incomplete, please contact our Customer Service team via the contact form. We will organise to make the necessary changes. 

If your order is still being processed, it can be cancelled by contacting us by phone (+44 1438 905988) or via our contact form. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can return the item following our Returns & Refunds policy as referenced in our Terms & Conditions. 

To add items, click on the “add to cart” button. Some products may require you to select a size and/or colour before adding them to the cart. To remove an item, click the cart icon located on the bottom right and top right of the screen, then select the ⊗ to remove the item. 

1. Is it possible to return an item?

In order to return a product you must initiate a process within 14 days from receiving your order by contacting our Customer Service team via the contact form. Once notified, the customer has a further 14 days to return the product provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.  

You will need to return the item in its original condition and packaging, and the refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming it meets return conditions.

Customers outside the UK have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify WEBRE of their intention to return the item. Once notified, the customer has a further 14 days to return the product provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging. 

Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return costs. 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming it meets return conditions.

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping costs paid, in line with UK law. 

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel within 14 days of receiving the item. But you will need to return the item at your own cost and notify WEBRE of your intention to return the item. Custom-made or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
