General Use of this Website 

By accessing and using this website, the customer confirms they are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use the site. The customer also agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If any part of these terms is unacceptable, the customer should refrain from using the website. 

Description of Goods 

WEBRE supplies high-quality seat belts, mobility aids, and safety accessories suitable for a variety of vehicle applications. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and imagery, product colours and styles may vary. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that products are appropriate for their intended use. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under UK consumer law. If in doubt, please contact our Customer Service Team before placing an order. 

Pricing & Payment 

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Full payment is required at checkout using PayPal, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Once an order is confirmed, the price will not change unless there is a clear pricing error. In the event of an error, we will notify the customer before processing the order. 

Delivery 

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday during business hours.  

UK deliveries typically take 3–5 working days.

Next-day delivery is available for UK mainland orders placed before 12 p.m. Monday to Thursday.

Orders over £50 qualify for free UK standard shipping. 

For international delivery, customers should consult our international shipping policy. 

While we aim to meet stated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control. 

Right to Cancel – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period 

Customers may cancel an order before dispatch. To cancel, notify our Customer Service team immediately by calling (+44 1438 905988) or through our contact page. 

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of the intention to return. Once notified, the customer has a further 14 days to return the product. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

Exceptions: 

• Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has started. 

• Opened, used or installed safety accessories cannot be returned unless faulty. 

Returns & Refund Policy 

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers may return it free of charge within 14 days.

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

For non-faulty items returned under the cooling-off period, the customer must cover return shipping costs. 

All returns must be initiated by contacting our Customer Service team. 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming it meets return conditions.
 

Warranty 

All products are covered by a 12-months, from date of purchase, manufacturer-backed warranty against material or structural defects.

If an item is found defective, WEBRE reserves the right to offer a repair, replacement or refund at its discretion.

Warranty claims must be reported in writing immediately upon discovery.

This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications, accidental damage, or any indirect or consequential losses. 

Use of Website & Intellectual Property 

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and downloadable resources is the property of WEBRE.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. 

This website may contact links to third-party websites. WEBRE is not responsible for the content or accuracy of external sites. 

Governing Law 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be settled under the jurisdiction of English courts.
